In the words of management consultant and author, Peter Drucker – “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” Research shows culture and engagement’s on the bottom line, but few organizations intentionally define, pursue, and evaluate them. Based on our 7C’s ModelTM CEEK offers a framework to develop and implement an Intentional Culture Plan that differentiates your organization. We will help your organization:
