1.A CEEK Next trainer will introduce participants to the Three W’s of Integrity. Through impactful stories and exploration activities, we will challenge participants to discover their true self; establishing Authenticity as the foundation for Integrity. Next, we unpack effective requests and strong commitments, empowering future leaders to build a reputation of Accountability. Finally, we encourage the definition and adoption of guardrails that will ensure these future leaders adhere to the highest standards of Honesty and ethics.
2.A CEEK Next trainer will introduce participants to the Trust Equation. We correlate the three primary elements of integrity as the numerator of this equation while stressing the most important variable in the denominator – our self or other orientation. Through impactful leadership stories and exploration activities, participants discover the distinction of leadership worth following. We highlight the impact of other orientation within teams and communities. And we challenge participants to demonstrate empathy and humility in interactions with, and service of, others.
3.A CEEK Next trainer will work with a group or team to introduce the concept of Intentional Culture. Through appreciative inquiry and exploration activities, we will discover shared values that can serve to differentiate the group or team in service of colleagues and community. We will brainstorm behavioral standards for the values we profess. And we will challenge the group or team to define and adopt creative rituals as a direct reflection of professed values and associated standards. Finally, we will provide guidance to hold each other accountable.
