Since 2013, CEEK has championed the power of other-oriented, values-based leadership across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. We’re proud of the impact—but let’s be honest: We still see far too many self-oriented leaders neglecting what we call the Five Y’s of Leadership.
Is it too much to ask for:

- accountabilitY,
- authenticitY,
- empathY, and
- humilitY in our leaders?
No—it is not.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of CEEK Next, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating, equipping, and elevating youth to lead with integrity and create meaningful change in their communities.
We envision a generational movement that advances and models a better way to lead—starting with the ripple effect that one courageous, values-based leader can create.
In the coming months, you’ll hear more from us regarding:
- Organizational updates, including a new website
- Planned youth leadership and recognition initiatives
- Ways you can get involved
For now, we simply challenge you: Be the leader you’d choose to follow. Reflect on the Five Y’s—and remember: Our kids are watching.
