The Life Balance Assessment is tailored to that which you deem to be important. Within
the box on the left, enter any areas of your life that you deem to be a priority. These could include things
such as Career, Faith, Family, Friends, Health, Hobbies, etc. To complete this assessment, you must enter no
fewer than four and no more than ten priority areas. Based upon the priority areas that you specify, you will be
asked to respond to a series of questions that will help identify sources of tension that might exist in
relation to your priorities.
If you entered a priority area that you wish to remove from the list, select the priority area from the list on
the right and click "Remove." To remove multiple priority areas at once, hold down "Ctrl" or "command" and click
on each priority area, then click "Remove". To clear the list, hold down "shift" and click the top priority area
and then the bottom one, and then click "Remove".
