Navigate Chaos: One Year Later

One year ago today, I published Navigate Chaos. This was the culmination of a personal transformation and another milestone in pursuit of a mission to rid the world of zombies in the workforce and life. While I was thrilled to hit the #1 Best Seller List on Amazon, that was just the beginning. With the release of the book, I have been a guest on several podcasts; speaker at conferences, businesses, schools, and other organizations; and a coach and confidant to dozens of colleagues. I have been inspired by the outpouring of reception and support for my book and the mission I pursue.

In honor of the one-year anniversary of the book’s release on October 10, we are selling the paperback version this week for $10 on Amazon (and $5 on Kindle). If you or someone you know is uninspired and overwhelmed by the chaos of life, I encourage you to check out my book. And if you are looking to engage and inspire a team of zombies in your workplace, contact me for a bulk order discount. Lastly, if you read and were inspired by Navigate Chaos, I encourage you to post a review on Amazon. Such reviews help expand the reach and impact of the associated mission.

The book is just the beginning of my journey to transform the culture of organizations and the associated wellness of individuals. As we celebrate the book’s anniversary, today I kick off a weekly video blog – CEEK Wellness. I hope you will check out this introductory video and subscribe to receive these weekly three-minute messages that will inspire and promote organizational and individual wellness. I am confident that it will be time well spent.

As I reflect upon the past year, I again want to thank all of my friends and colleagues that have supported me. In particular, I’d like to thank Kristen and Maggie for building awareness and support of our mission through this and other social networks. And I’d like to thank Whitley for her creative genius in the video production of the CEEK Wellness messages.
