A plan for a Panviva implementation starts with a thorough analysis of primary issues, root causes, and impacts, and ends with a plan to prioritize and fix them. Panviva recommends an implementation service module that provides the first step in the journey to change the way you manage your information. In the workshop, a consultant will work with you to identify the process areas to focus on for a first phase of the project, and then develop and document a blueprint (or work plan) which captures the content that will go into Panviva. The blueprint will allow you to identify required resources to be applied to the project that can be a combination of internal personnel, Panviva customer enablement services or a Panviva partner organization. 

TRAINING

Panviva University provides a complete set of self-paced, virtual training courses to systematically enable personnel to become proficient. Modules are designed to continuously build knowledge and proficiency with a step-by-step approach to hands-on use of Panviva. Panviva is a system for non-technical users and is easy and intuitive to use. Therefore, an advanced aspect of our training is the content development skills coaching. Activities are designed to continuously build your knowledge and proficiency with a step-by-step approach to hands-on use of Panviva, preparing you for use on projects. A major focus is on authoring content incorporating Panviva’s content design methodology. Panviva product training follows a referenced-based training approach and is typically delivered virtually.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Panviva will provide experienced technical writers to assist in the development of your performance support and knowledge management solution. Our technical writers are well-versed in analyzing and deconstructing complex source material and repurposing it into Panviva. You can choose to outsource some of your content development to Panviva to accelerate initial deliverables, or simply have Panviva provide advice and quality assurance services.

PROJECT & TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

A Panviva consultant will be assigned to provide initial and ongoing guidance during the five key phases of the implementation: Plan, Design, Implementation, Go Live and Maintenance. They will leverage the blueprint to identify key tasks, deliverables, risks and dependencies and resource allocations for each task. They will play a lead role in getting the project initiated following Panviva’s best
practices and may participate in jump-starting content development. Once underway, they will primarily engage periodically to provide coaching, skills development and work plan governance.
