This workshop offers unique and innovative ways to mitigate anxiety and stress in organizations offering a series of exercises to put such techniques into practice.

Objective:  Provide unique and innovative approaches to mitigate anxiety and stress in organizations offering a series of exercises to put such techniques into practice. Other key objectives include:

  • Build awareness of the sources of stress that exist within the organization and life
  • Introduce and evaluate innovative options to reduce stress at an individual and organizational level
  • Develop a plan of action for individuals and the organization to better manage their stress and anxiety
  • Deliver Introductory Story Pertaining to Stress/Anxiety
  • Conduct Group Exercise to Demonstrate ‘Stress’ Metaphor
  • Define Stress and Anxiety Within an Individual and Organizational Context
  • Assess Current State and Opportunities for Improvement
  • Review Practical Steps to Effectively Improve the Mental State of Self and Teams
  • Journal and Complete Individual and/or Team Exercises Pertaining to Stress Management
  • Develop a Plan of Action to Mitigate Stress and Anxiety
  • Review Findings, Share Observations, and Make Commitments
